Publish news for everyone – or only for applicants, confirmed crew, or those who have finished their assignment. Older posts stay findable in the archive.

Certificate approved, application accepted, booking confirmed: anyone signing in sees the counter in the menu and knows immediately what changed – no digging through an inbox.

Shift plan, event schedule and meal times can be subscribed to as calendars. When the plan changes, the calendar entry changes with it.

Anyone looking for a ride, or with free seats to offer, finds each other right in the portal – visible to everyone confirmed for the event. Contact details are only shared once the offering member has approved a request.
