Announcements for the right audience

Publish news for everyone – or only for applicants, confirmed crew, or those who have finished their assignment. Older posts stay findable in the archive.
Notifications inside the portal

Certificate approved, application accepted, booking confirmed: anyone signing in sees the counter in the menu and knows immediately what changed – no digging through an inbox.
Internal mailbox

For anything personal there are one-to-one and group conversations right in the portal. A question about a shift ends up where the shift is.
Dates in your own calendar

Shift plan, event schedule and meal times can be subscribed to as calendars. When the plan changes, the calendar entry changes with it.
